For queries regarding college policies, or for any serious issue or complaint.

 All Deputy and Assistant Headteachers take responsibility for line managing several curriculum departments and a year group.  The Headteacher may delegate queries or the investigation of a complaint to the relevant Senior Line Manager who will then respond accordingly.
